Quality Nanny Placements, LLC places live-in and live-out nannies all throughout the state of California.
How long does it take to place a nanny with a family?We suggest that you apply 4-6 weeks in advance of the start date you need. We understand that sometimes a family will need someone ASAP so we do have screened nannies that can start immediately.
What are the agency fees?We have a one time application fee of $250.00 and our placement fee is equal to 14% of your nanny's gross salary (minimum of $2,900.).
What is the guarantee if the nanny doesn't work?We have a complete one year replacement guarantee to ensure that the nanny we place with you is right for your family.
How much should I expect to pay my nanny?The salary of your nanny will depend on a variety of factors such as her experience as well as the hours and duties of the position. In general our live-out full time nannies receive $600.00 to $1,200.00 a week. Our live in nannies average between $500-$1,000 a week.Our part-time nannies receive $16.00 to $30.00 per hour.
Where are the nannies you refer located?The nannies we recommend to your family will live no further than a 20 minute drive to your home. Many of our live in nannies are in California but some come from out of state.
What is the screening process the nannies go through?Every nanny that we recommend to your family is professionally screened and referenced.
Our requirements are:
Minimum of 3 years of childcare experience.
Legal to work in the United States.
Valid drivers license.
CPR and First Aid certified.
Minimum of 3 childcare and personal references.
In person interview with one of our placement coordinators.
Our background checks include:
Drivers license report.
Federal and state criminal background check.
Sex offender registry report.
You will receive copies of all the background checks prior to your nanny starting employment.
We look for long term professional nannies who will commit to a minimum of 1 year, although many nannies stay much longer. Our 1 year replacement guarantee helps ensure that if it doesn't work out for any reason, we will quickly place a new caregiver with you.
What are the nannies responsibilities?The primary duty of your nanny will be to care for your children. The nanny will be able to perform light housekeeping duties and meal preparations as well. Since every families needs are unique our placement coordinator will discuss with you additional duties you may need from your nanny.
